At MUSKHANE, each lampshade is carefully crafted in our workshops in Kathmandu. The sheep wool, carded and then felted using traditional techniques, is the hallmark material of our creations. This artisan process, carried out by hand or foot by our Nepalese artisans, gives each of our creations its unique and authentic character.

Our wool lampshades come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. With their soft material, they provide particularly warm lighting. Organic, conical, bell-shaped... There’s a design to suit every taste. Our lampshades are perfect for a ceiling light, pendant light, table lamp, or even a portable lamp.
For a ceiling light, choose a large lampshade, depending on the size of the room. Keep in mind that the ceiling light is meant to illuminate the entire space. For this, our Yourte L and XXL and Tipi W lampshades are particularly suitable. If you’re looking for lampshades to light up a smaller area, opt for smaller lampshades, like our Dome or Tipi S and H models. For an accent light, go for our Igloo model, a small conical and perforated lampshade that creates a magical ambiance in your room.
